Hunting down poachers wasn't what you expected your next assignment to be. While you do have experience fighting rogue Hunters, combat is just a small part of the whole process. Tracking them down isn't your forte for instance.
Thankfully, the Guild knew you weren't exactly the best person for the mission, and paired you with a hybrid Wroggi gal who is much more experienced for this kind of task. Most hybrids that join the Guild end up that way curiously, due to some sort of moral obligation to help their feral cousins perhaps? They're a rare sight anyway, and saying you were apprehensive would be an understatement. Up until you actually met her. Her outgoing personality surprised you, winning your heart faster than you could have ever expected.
It's been half a week in the wild, you feel closer and closer to her with each passing day. And maybe each night too.
