Y'all probably thought that was going to be a one and done doodle, but nope- people (birds?) just don't recover from that kind of psychological damage that quickly or easily. I'm making it an actual character personality quirk of his (because I find the idea of community driven personality development interesting, even if it's just a fluke) - The birb is now self conscious about his feet. I'm thinking about some kind of foot covering I can give him that he'll wear a majority of the time from now on to help cover up his filthy disgusting talons when he's in public. Maybe some kind of wrappings... Maybe just stockings which also have the added benefit of being stockings, which are awesome. I dunno. If you've got interesting ideas for birb shoes/socks/general foot coverings, feel free to share!
A little different from the kind of work I usually do, but I couldn't get the idea out of my head. Sy just seems like the type to drop whatever she's doing and help a sad friend in need. Don't worry, she'll be able to cheer him right back up to his usual happy self in no time, even if he'll be shy about his toes from now on. :P
