I hope they don't mind being called out like this, but over the last two days shilopillow went through and commented on every single picture or animation or anything I've ever done featuring Adhina, all of them gushing about how much they like the birb. They weren't like one word comments either, dude put some time into this. Pretty sure Adhina has a new biggest fan, ha. While I of course replied thanking them for all the kind words, it doesn't feel like any single response could really be enough in return for all of that, so I did a quick doodle of the birb as well. I had today set aside for practice-doodling anyway, but I can only effectively do real studying for so long before my brain starts to turn to mush, and usually I like to end off such days with a proper doodle of some kind anyway just because spending all day drawing with nothing to show for it kinda sucks, and so, why not use this as an excuse to turn that final doodle into burb.
Also playing around with leaving my sketches a bit... sketchier. Trying to work on improving my speed a bit, letting things stay a bit looser where they can. For a proper finished piece I'd obviously still need to go full 'inks' with it, but being able to quickly get ideas on the page without fighting with it for hours is helpful no matter what kind of drawing you're doing, so that's why we're sketchy here.
Anyway, just a doodle. Do y'all like sketchier sketches? Or are the fully inked kind more your thing? Either way I hope you like this one. :P
