Description
All these girls getting glazed in these fluid tests, and yet no tits to see to speak of. Clearly this had to be rectified. Marble volunteered this time! And as a side note to all the fluid sim stuff, it's actually been pretty fun using the first few seconds of each of these as a way to express each character's personalities a little bit. Been fun to think about how each one would behave before the big splash. But since these are quick tests they all behave more or less the same once the fluids start flying. :P
More fluid testing! No real changes in technique this time; just refining the ideas from the last one. Slightly lower viscosity, higher surface tension, higher friction, higher force-field effect over a slightly longer range, and a real focus on trying to keep the amount of fluid from getting out of hand, pushing the inflow as small as I can without it entirely failing.
We've got a hint of the ole' jitters creeping back into this one... slow-moving fluids really are the nightmare scenario for flip fluid simulation. But I might be able to knock that out with slightly higher resolution and grid subdivision. But other than that? I think we're really on the right track here. If I have a complaint now it's more in the dynamic painting, a small rope of fluid can slide across a surface and absolutely soak the entire thing in a not entirely realistic way, but there might be some tools to resolve that. Faster drying speed, maybe experiment with a dissolve effect?
But as for the actual motion of the fluid mesh itself, I think I've gotten them about as good as I'm going to get them. Got some nice ropes going on that don't all collapse into a single big sheet or congeal into a single big blob. We're getting somewhere!
