Feral Rise is vocal. He is 100% conscious just like Anthro Rise. It's more of a quadruped variant, same personality.
Oh. My. God.
It's been over... what, three years since the first mention of Feral Rise and I have been thinking of him since! Rise always needed a feral version, four legs, double the mass, double the fun~
To reserve cuteness, I wanted multiple sizes for him as well, since his anthro form has fixed size. You can either hold him in your hand, or ride him straight into battle!
Of course, you cannot leave out the most fun part of ferals. The world is your bathroom! Just be responsible and have someone pick up after you~
