The Monthly Animation from October! Once again I went -way- fucking overboard, but it was a fun idea and I wanted to so eh. The prompt: "A male kobold playing with magic gets a spell wrong, and accidentally summons a bunch of tentacles!"
The joke I used here is and oldie, but it's a classic for a reason I suppose.
Also, did ya catch the dolly zoom in there? I've been wanting an excuse to try out one of those suckers for ages, and finally found a good fit for it. :D
This may be the most complex animation I've made yet, there are a bajillion moving parts and a ton of things going on. This is way beyond what I'm supposed to be doing for these animations, but the Kobolds seem to be a bit of a muse and bring out my desire to do crazy stuff. Why is it so fun seeing terrified kobolds? I don't know, but it is.
