h4.Well, I know a thing or two about being a jerk...
I feel like a lot of people probably prefer Officer Judy, but you are all objectively wrong. Plain-clothes Judy is best Judy.

Another Zootopia study, this time on completely normal watercolour paper using acrylic paints. Also the first study I think I'm actually rather pleased with! The background is still pretty garbo-tier- that blurry, out-of-focus look is very tricky with acrylic paints. But the hoppster herself came out half decent, if I do say so myself. Not perfect, the structure of her face isn't at all an exact match for the scene from the movie, but not terrible neither.

Not the most exciting scene I know, they've all been fairly boring, but I have some good excuses I think. Firstly, I'm looking for relatively simple scenes to paint without a huge reliance on background because I'm still figuring out how to make these paints tick. Secondly, any movement-heavy scene tends to look pretty terrible if you just pause it in the middle of a motion, so the scenes where the characters come closest to standing still tend to look best as a direct copy. Put those factors together and most of the time what you get is a closeup shot of a character's face. :P

Despite not being the most interesting of scenes, I hope some of y'all enjoy. Do let me know what you think!

As always, Disney owns everything, including our souls. I'm just studying their work.
